Corrective Action(s): To prevent microbial growth potentially hazardous foods such as cut vegetables and fruit must be stored at 4 C or colder. Products relocated to suitable cooler display locations. Ensure large cuts of jack fruit are displayed with maximum surface area in contact with cooler shelving. Violation Score: 5

305 - Conditions observed that may allow entrance/harbouring/breeding of pests [s. 26(b),(c)] Observation: Along storage corridor - gaps between wall and floor seems where mice have chewed through foam insulation. Corrective Action(s): Reseal all gaps with new steel wool / expanding foam to prevent entry / harborage of pests. Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Loading / back storage hallway - mouse droppings noted on floor along walls under shelving units and wheeled carts. Corrective Action(s): All areas described are to be thoroughly cleaned to remove all build-up of food and debris from surfaces. Areas affected by pest activity must be sanitized with dilute bleach solution (100 ppm chlorine) after cleaning. Ensure these locations are inspected and cleaned frequently to discourage ongoing pest activity.
