302 - Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Facility has slush machines but facility lacks sink capable of proper wash rinse and sanitizing. EHO unable to locate sanitizing solution. Facility only has one small hand sink at front area which staff indicated was used for cleaning purposes. This is not acceptable. . Corrective Action(s): Cease slush beverage production. Facility does not have adequate sanitizing equipment - no two or three compartment sink exists at facility. Until such time as facility has adequate area and equipment for proper wash-rinse and sanitizing no food or beverage production is to occur. . Violation Score: 15

Facility has undergone a change of name - Cascades Husky is now Chevron. According to operator this occurred approximately 6 months ago and no ownership change. Application form for name change must be filled out for Fraser Health Authority to reflect name change. Check with Chevron Head Office to determine if this process is underway. Business Licence information indicates Cascades Husky and is incorrect as well COMMENTS - Facility in EXCELLENT sanitary condition - No evidence of pests - Handsinks adequately supplied - Coolers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to 4 degrees Celsius - Freezers achieving temperatures of less than or equal to -18 degrees Celsius Contact EHO for any questions or concerns.
