Observation: Some (less than 5) drain/fruit flies still observed on site. Population of flies has decreased. New fly traps observed in place in non food-preparation areas. Professional pest control company has inspected, assessed and applied treatment as necessary.
Corrective Action(s): Monitor fly population and switch fly traps frequently to prevent contamination of food. Ensure the pest control company conducts regular inspections to assess and apply treatment as necessary.

Observations:
- General sanitation has improved
- Hand washing stations are unobstructed and supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler at 3'C. General organization has improved.
- Temperature logs are maintained - good!
- All food observed covered and stored at least 6 inches off the floor
- Staff observed wearing hair nets
- Professional pest reports available on site and verified. Drains have been serviced.
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained staff available on site
