Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Staff observed to wash gloved hands at hand washing station.
**Corrected during inspection** Head chef to talk with staff. Gloves are single use and must be discarded when hands need to be washed.

Observation: 1. Heavy build up of grease on range hood baffles/filters. Staff stated baffles/filters are washed every 2 weeks.
