Observation: Under counter cooler in front measured at 7.5 degree C at the time of inspection. Operator moved packaged foods stored in the cooler to the walk in cooler. This unit is to be looked at for potential maintenance.
Corrective Action(s): Please ensure not to store hazardous food in this unit until the unit can maintaine temperature at or below 4C.
- Operator has put in request for repair at the time of this inspection.

Comments

Routine inspection conducted.

- Hand washing stations maintained and fully supplied with soap and paper towels in dispenser.
- 2- door reach in freezer measure at or below -18C. Food noted covered in this unit. Walk-in cooler measured at or below 4C. All temps. monitored via an on-line system however when checked under counter cooler, there was differences readings from the system and a probe thermometer.

Important note: Ensure each cooling unit has a separate independent thermometer inside so that temperatures can be confirmed.

Sanitizer QUAT 200 ppm available in spray bottles. Please ensure to wipe down food contact surfaces as well as other hard surfaces such as counters.

General sanitation is overall good.
3- comp sink maintained. No obvious sign of pest activity noted at this date. Floors noted clean and maintained. Mop sink available to use. Mop bucket noted stored empty.
Recommended to organize items around mop sink and re-arrange storing boxes and items for ease of cleaning.
Staff are food safe certified.
