Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): A carton of cream was stored on the counter. Temperature of the cream was 75F.
Corrective Action(s): The carton was discarded. Ensure dairy products are stored in the fridge.
Keep the lid of the refrigerated prep table down to keep ingredients cold. Time of the inspection was about 3pm and it was not busy.

Comments

General sanitation is good. No obvious signs of pest noted.
A new rice grinder has been purchased. Ensure that it is mounted far enough away from the wall and high enough off the floor (6" minimum) such that cleaning can be done.
The restaurant has started a tiffin service. The food is picked up by customers or delivered if the location is nearby (less than 20 mins away). Ensure that the food items are kept hot in a hot holding units (hotter than 60C/140F) if delivery time is longer.
Kitchen food probe thermometer is missing. Obtain another one so you can check the temperature of the steam table daily.
Temperature of refrigeration and dishwasher is satisfactory. Thermometers are available for the units.
