Followup inspection to Rpt # VCHN - AW6RDX: Quats sanitizer solutions at 200ppm in containers along main preparation line and preparation area just outside of the walk in cooler. 200ppm quats also available in spray bottles. Reminder to frequently change the sanitizer solution used in the main preparation line. Bar hand sink provided with liquid soap and paper towels. Paper towels placed in holder at the end of the main food preparation line. Underneath grills thoroughly cleaned.
