Follow-up inspection to routine conducted on Aug 31, 2018 - Fly activity in hallway area has been significantly reduced. Fly strips added to monitor for fly activity. Please replace fly strips frequently to avoid accumulation of flies - Narrow gap at the back door has been sealed as per verbal recommendation from previous inspection - Organic waste bin is frequently emptied and covered - Metal bowl in dry storage bin for flour has been replaced with a scoop - Ventilation canopy is now in sanitary condition - Organization of food in coolers has been improved. All food items are covered with tight-fitting lids Thank you for your co-operation.
