New self-serve food program in place. Constructed according to approved plan. Hand sink -soap & paper towel provided. New coolers at/below 4C. Hot cases above 60C. No objection to new program. Food products such as pizzas, burgers, breakfast sandwiches arrive frozen, are defrosted in walk-in cooler and reheated in convection oven.
