Code 302 noted on Routine inspection # VTAM-DGHQ7X of May-09-2025 Equipment/utensils/food contact surfaces not properly washed and sanitized [s. 17(2)] Observation: Table mounted commerical can opener blade was not in sanitary condition upon inspection. Correction: Clean and sanitize the following above item. Ensure equipment being used is properly cleaned and sanitized before use. Date to be corrected by: Immediately Code 401 noted on Routine inspection # VTAM-DGHQ7X of May-09-2025 Adequate handwashing stations not available for employees [s. 21(4)] Observation: One soap dispenser at hand washing station was broken and unavailable. The other hand washing station had a dispenser but the pump was also dislodged. Spare soap dispenser was on site but not not yet installed. Correction: Replace both soap dispensers to be in proper working order. Ensure all hand washing stations are supplied with hot/cold running water, liquid hand soap, and single use paper towels at all times. Date to be corrected by: May 12, 2025.

Comments

Follow-up to last routine inspection. Soap dispenser now affixed by hand wash station. Can opener blade now in sanitary condition. No frying observed in back area where there is no ventilation. One drop ceiling tile has been replaced. Additional tiles still are required to be replaced. Operator stated chest freezer will be replaced. Please contact area inspector for any other questions or concerns.
