Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Silver domestic cooler is measured at 5.8oC. No temperature log is maintained. Prawns are measured to be 7.6oC, while other foods such as tuna and unagi are under 4oC.
Corrective Action(s): Do not store any potentially hazardous foods in cooler until temperature is maintained at 4oC or less.
Prawns discarded. Other foods transferred to another functional coolers.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bleach sanitizer in spray bottle is present at the front; however, it is way too strong the test strip bleached out.
Corrective Action(s): Use bleach sanitizer with proper ratio: 1/4 teaspoon bleach / 500mL water. Operator changed sanitizer solution at time of visit and at least 100ppm chlorine is now noted.

Observation: 1. An open package of tofu is noted inside 2-door stand up cooler.
2. Items (ie. buckets; pop, etc.) observed storing on ground.
Corrective Action(s): Cover foods in coolers.
All products must be stored at least 6 inches above ground to facilitate cleaning and for pest monitoring.

Observation: Rodent droppings observed in facility. It is indicated pest control company visits monthly. Copy of last pest control report is not available for review.
Corrective Action(s): 1. Email last pest control report to the undersigned.

4. Follow all recommendations indicated on pest control report.
