Comments

- Handsinks in meat cutting area and washroom are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- Walk-in cooler and display cooler are measured at less than 4C
- Chest freezers and display freezers ranged from -18C to -26C.
- Cleaning and sanitizing carried out in the 3-compartment sink. Bleach and sink plugs available.
- Bleach sanitizer pail and spray bottle labelled and tested at 100ppm to 200ppm.
- Meat saw and cutting table sanitized after each use.
- Food storage practices are satisfactory
- General sanitation good at the time of inspection.
- No signs of pests noted at the time of inspection.
