Comments

Follow-up inspection conducted. The following was noted during this inspection:
Additional door sweeps placed underneath the front doors and underneath the large produce walk-in cooler
Professional pest control company present to implement integrated pest control program
Area is in improved sanitary condition, especially underneath and behind pallets
Walk-in cooler is generally more organized - no evidence of rodent activity in walk-in cooler
No droppings observed in area behind aisle 6 (dry storage aisle)

Small amounts of droppings were noted in the following areas and were removed / disinfected by manager at time of inspection:
In the bread storage shelving, behind the melon-flavored drinks
On the floor behind where the canola oil is stored
Around the area where the gol gappa is stored

It is expected that you continue to adhere to cultural controls and good monitoring practices to eliminate your pest infestation:
Keep all food products at least 6" off the floor
Clean and sanitize shelving after use, especially in areas with flour
Routinely clean / sweep the floor and shelves nightly
Do not leave any organic debris around - discard in the compost bin afterwards. Do not leave any old boxes or clutter around the area - these can act as harbourage sites for rodents to 'hide in'
Ensure that you continue to monitor for any holes present in the facility, and contact your professional pest control company to seal off these holes as soon as they are observed
