-Most foods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests

Handsinks well stocked single service drying method, soap in a dispenser, hot/cold water and clear for access

NOTE: one worker had artificial nails and nail polish but was only shelving goods as an occasional helper. No food preparation/handling is allowed in this case (shelving of goods okay)
Fingernail polish, resin or artificial fingernails must not be worn by employees working with exposed food.
