- Hot Holding Units are operational. Each unit is provided with a thermometer.
- Shelves have been installed in the walk-in cooler.
- Light covers have been installed on light fixtures in kitchen and food preparation areas.
- Barrier has been installed between the ice machine and food preparation sink.
- 200 ppm Quats sanitizer available for sanitizing food contact surfaces. Quats test papers available to verify sanitizer concentration.
- Outstanding construction deficiencies noted in Inspection Report DNGG-AF3V5F dated October 25, 2016 have been addressed and corrected.

- Revised Food Safety Plan and Sanitation Plan have been submitted.
