- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels - Refrigeration temperatures are ≤4o Celsius w/ exception of the Danby upright unit in rear storage room. *Some ice buildup noted on the back interior wall of the unit. Defrost the unit, then monitor temperature. If temperature does not return to normal (ie. <4 Celsius), repair or replace the unit. - Freezer temperatures are satisfactory - Chlorine food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at ≥100ppm concentration - High-temp dishwasher reached final rinse temperature of ≥71o Celsius (76.6C) - No sanitation concerns observed at time of inspection - No pest activity observed during inspection
