-by the rodent entry hole in the back of house (behind storage racks)

-on top of back of house boxes and shop-vac
-underneath the customer dish return table

Corrective Action(s): Remove the droppings, sanitize area thoroughly with a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution
establish a routine cleaning schedule to conduct deep cleans on a more frequent basis. have this schedule available for inspection

Observation: Rodent entry hole found in back of house (corner behind metro storage racks)
Rodent droppings found on small wooden beams stored in the back of house. this beam allows rodents to climb up to metro racks
Corrective Action(s): fill entry hole. clean area using a 100 ppm chlorine bleach solution
remove wooden beams and excess equipment
install wall shelving in the back of house to move items off of the ground
