Routine inspection conducted.

Facility has kitchen upstairs and a shared storage shed located downstairs.

Kitchen:
- Temperature of stand up cooler recorded at 1.2C
- Freezer component of cooler measured at -16C
- Hot holding unit for soup recorded above 60C
- 2 compartment sink had adequate supply of hot and cold running water, liquid soap and single use paper towels.
- 200ppm bleach solution recorded in spray bottle.
- High temp mechanical dishwasher reached 81.1C on dish level during rinse cycle.

Storage shed/room:
- Temperature of coolers recorded at or below 4C
- Dry food stored on shelving units and protected from contamination.

General:
- Food storage practices were found satisfactory.
- Staff has valid FOODSAFE Level 1 certificate.
- No signs of pest activity observed.
