Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Sandwich wraps temp> 10 oC all foods in the display cooler are stored at same time. Staff checked temp in morning at 9 and was OK time of inspection 2:27 pm
Corrective Action(s): - Discard all PHF stored in this cooler with temp >4 oC

Observation: Display cooler temp was measured at 14 oC , unit thermometer shows 14 oC as well.
Corrective Action(s): - Do not store any foods in this cooler
-Repair the unit to provide temp of<= 4 oC at all time

Observation: No one with FS training on duty at time of visit.
Corrective Action(s): - Call a staff to come before the end of inspection ( to avoid violation ticket of $230)
- Ensure to have enough staff with FS training so there is always at least one person with valid FS training on duty at all time.

Comments

- Hand-washing basins are stocked with hot/cold water, soap, and single-use towels
-Coolers temp except the noted one are ok
- Freezer temperatures are satisfactory
- Quaternary-ammonium food-contact surface sanitizer solution available at 200ppm concentration
- High-temp dishwasher achieved final rinse temperature of ≥71o Celsius
-Ice machine and scoop are maintained properly
- Overall sanitation is satisfactory
-Blenders are being sanitized every 4 hrs by soaking in a sanitizer ( they are in continues use)
- No pest activity observed during inspection-

** High temp dishwasher temp gets to 71 oC at plate after 3 runs- fix so the unit can get to proper temp at first run- ensure to check the temp

-Temp log on site and up to-date
