Discussion with Owner regarding dishwashing at facility. Currently staff at facility are unwilling/unable to test dishwasher daily.

Facility has three compartment sink and is mostly take out with 6 seats at restaurant. Dishwasher removal will require complete compliance with the following conditions:
1) Facility is to remain at less than 10 seats
2) Three compartment sink must ALWAYS be set up with 200ppm Chlorine in third compartment

NOTE: Owner is to remove dishwasher. Doughmixer will not need protection from contamination if the dishwasher is removed.
