Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Front liquid soap dispenser and back paper towel dispensers were empty at time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Ensure dedicated handwash stations are all equipped with liquid soap, single use paper towels and hot/cold running water, at all times so staff can wash hands properly and at adequate frequency.

General Comments:
Front
Wiping cloths stored in labelled 200 ppm QUATS solution.
Hot holding of white rice at 61.6C: brown rice at 70.4C; soup at 62.7C; sauces at 65.1C
Display hot holding oven used for tempura and spring rolls was measured 85.8C. No food was in the hot holding oven at time of inspection
Flat grill cooler was between 1.8C to 3.2C
Under the counter cooler at 3.6C
Beverage cooler was at 10.3C. Cooler is only used to store non cold potentially hazardous drinks (eg. pops). Continue to monitor this cooler. Last temperature check was 1.5 hrs ago and temperature was at 4C. Make sure potentially hazardous foods are not stored in this cooler.

Walkin cooler at 3.6C. Very organized with foods covered and raw meats stored on lowest shelves. Foods are labelled with dates.
Ice machine is clean and scoop stored outside in a clean bucket.
Pest control monitoring is in place. No signs of pest activity noted.
Temperature log is being kept and was available for review.
Foods are stored off the ground. General sanitation is satisfactory.
Exhaust canopy is kept clean.
Permit is posted in plain view of the public.
