A follow-up inspection was conducted, the following observations were made: - Hand washing sink no longer constantly drips. The taps fully turn the water on and off. - The mop sink drain pipe was cracked and fixed, but it is leaking from a different joint. Repair or replace the joint so it doesn't leak. As well, the mop sink shall NOT be used for food preparation as dirty mop water is poured into the sink. - Coving installed along walls made of drywall. Secure the coving to the wall, where it is not sticking well. - Cracks and chips in walls have been puttied, sanding and painting of the areas to be completed shortly. - All bulbs in the food packaging area are in plastic tubes. - An exhaust system will be installed above the oven and stoves in the near future to remove heat, condensation, and odor. - Great job in addressing the violations.
