The following corrective actions were observed during follow up inspection: - All freezers measured <-18C - 100ppm chlorine sanitizer in a labelled spray bottle present - The facility is equipped with hot & cold running water For the next inspection, please rectify the following issues: - The cooler where tofu, cheese, sandwiches and fruits are stored shall have a cover to prevent cold air from escaping and maintain 4C (40F) or below at all times - Hot water nozzle at the hand-sink in the counter shall be repaired - The missing wall at the janitorial sink shall be properly sealed to prevent pest entry
