Met with owner and we discussed the following: - the display freezers are cleaned every 2-3 months - coffee pot is cleaned and sanitized at the 2 compartment sink available at the serving area. - used bleach as approved sanitizer - no expired food products - janitorial facility is available at the back/storage area - no pests activities at the time of inspection - all food stored off the floor. Walk in cooler 4C display freezers -20C Some renovation has been done at the front /customer's area. Owner explained that next project is to replace the store flooring.
