3. Under the shleving unit in the dry storage room near the laundry machine.
Corrective Action(s): Clean the aforementioned areas. Ensure to follow your sanitation plan for regular cleaning. Correct by: June 3, 2019.

- 200 ppm quats sanitizer available in pails and from the dispenser.
- Low temperature dishwasher dispensed 100 ppm chlorine sanitizer at the plate level.
- Glass washer dispensed 12.5 ppm iodine.
- Ice machine maintained in sanitary condition.
- Soda pop gun maintained in sanitary condition.
- Food products stored off the ground.
- Temperature records maintained and available for review.
- No pest activities observed at the time of inspection.
