Comments

Handsoap added to handwash station in the back. No food stored on the floor of walk-in freezer. Hot holding unit in use today - soup is at 69C. Cleaning of refrigeration units, ice machine and small oven (dust) have all been completed. Please ensure to regularly clean the noted areas. Mop bucket is emptied and stored next to mop sink in the back. *Back hallway can use some more organizing and increase in lighting.
