Observation: General sanitation and cleanliess was not adequate at the time of inspection. Build up of dirt and debris noted throughout the kitchen and the dry strorage area
Corrective Action(s): Ensure staff members are trained to routinely clean their work area. Dry storage area needs to be more organized. Clean the facility and remove all garabge and debris

Routine Inspection:

- Hand sink had hot/cold water, liquid soap, and paper towel available
- 200 ppm quats available for sanitizing food contact surfaces
- High temperature dishwasher reached 73C at plate surface
- Walk in cooler, as well as sandwich preparation table coolers had temperatures of 4C or lower
- Freezer temperatures reached -18C or lower
- No pests activity noted during inspection
