Comments

NOTE: there is no mop sink available on premises -workers are dumping the mop water outside. A mop sink (or wash tub) is needed -recommend placing one under dispensers in hot water tank room. Do not dump outside as this will attract rats. In the meantime dump the mop waters in the toilet.
NOTE: place Fetal Alcohol warning signs in your public washrooms as per City of Burnaby bylaw

Temperature Controls:
-All fridges good at or below 4 deg C

QUAT type sanitizer dispenser and buckets >200ppm
Low temperature Dishwasher >50ppm chlorine residual

Reused wiping towels for food contact surfaces maintained in sanitizer buckets when not actively used

Daily tracking sheets maintained for fridges, hot holders and mechanical washer

-all goods maintained off the floor >15cm to facilitate cleaning and monitoring pests underneath
-no signs of pests
