Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Container of bean sprout stored at room temperature since 10 am according to staff. Temperature probed at 15C. Changing the water every 10 minutes does not ensure this product is safe. Bean sprout temperature will still be 15C. It must be stored in ice water or used up every 2 hours. This is a repeated violation.

Observation: 1) Wiping cloths are stored on the table. These need to be stored in sanitizer solution. Current lemon bleach product states product is not meant for household cleaning. Proper bleach product must be purchased.
2) Rice scoop stored in standing water.
Correction: 1) Store wiping cloth in sanitizer solution of 100ppm chlorine. Approved sanitizer must be used and purchased.
2) Store rice scoops in ice.
