Routine inspection: -handsink fully equipped -hot held food at 60C or greater -coolers at 4C or less -freezers at -18C or less -food storage in back storage area is off the ground *one staff member stated that their FoodSafe would have expired by now and the other stated that theirs was taken four years ago - manager to obtain copies of food safety certificates of staff and keep copies on site, certificates are expiring every five years now
