Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): -Noted the dishwasher loading and unloading dirty and clean dishes without washing hands and changing gloves in between.
Corrective Action(s): A dishwasher staff must wash hands and/or wear different pairs of gloves when loading and unloading dishes. This is to prevent cross-contamination from the dirty dishes to clean dishes.
