Corrective Action(s): 1. Ensure all food items are stored 6" or 15 cm off the floor 2. Ensure bag of bread is sealed at end of night and box stored 6" or 15 cm off the floor CORRECT: today Violation Score: 3 306 - Food premises not maintained in a sanitary condition [s. 17(1)] Observation: Found grease and food build up in behind and under cooking area and in the corners of the walk in coolers. Corrective Action(s): A deep and thorough cleaning is needed in all hard to reach areas of the kitchen. CORRECT 1 week. Found 2 wire baskets that were heavily worn, not in use at time of inspection 2. Ice machine in the back by the washer and dryer has a cracked inner liner Corrective Action(s): 1. Discard items and replace along with any other items that may be heavily worn or broken. Pieces of broken equipment could end up in food if items are used. 2. Pay extra attention to the cracks when cleaning the ice machine, until the unit can be replaced. Cracks can allow for bacterial growth. CORRECT: today Violation Score: 3
