Comments

Follow up inspection was conducted upon closure order. The inspector rescinded the closure order as the following corrective actions had been taken:
- Dishwasher was repaired and achieved 81C at plate's surface
- All dishes and utensils were re-washed and sanitized in the dishwasher
- The operator uses probe thermometer to check the dishwasher temperature at plate's surface as the operator was unable to find a new gauge for the old dishwasher
- Food contact surfaces and hard-to-reach areas (under the stove, vent hood) were cleaned
- Foods in the coolers were all covered
- Foods were stored in re-usuable food grade containers, and not in cans or styrofoam containers
- No more leakage was observed at the 2 compartment sink
- New deep fryer baskets and blanchers were purchased
- 100ppm chlorine sanitizer was prepared

> Some areas still require deep-cleaning. Clean and sanitize inside the walls of the shelves and de-clutter by removing unrelated items.
> Call pest control company to have the premises inspected as some droppings are observed below the dishwasher
> Clean and sanitize the areas where droppings are found
