Handwashing station equipped with liquid soap, paper towels and hot/cold running water. Hot holding at greater than 60c. Soup found to be at 63c. Under the counter cooler in front prep area at -3c Sandwich/insert cooler at 4c. Display cooler in front customer area at 4c. Pop display cooler at 4c. Refridgerator in back prep area at 4c. All coolers are equipped with thermometers. Stand up freezer in back at -18c. Chest freezers at -18c. Bleach water sanitizer in front serving area at 100ppm concentration. Bleach water sanitizer in back kitchen area at 100ppm concentration. Dishwasher reached 71c at dish level. Ice machine is cleaned and sanitized on monthly basis. Ice machine is in sanitary condition during time of inspection. Staff observed to have good hygiene. Staff wearing uniforms and have hair restrained/tied back. All foods are located off the floor. Overall sanitation is satisfactory. No pest activity noted during time of inspection.
