Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Large container lid was stored in the handwash sink at the time of inspection.
Corrective Action(s): Handwash station must be easily accessible at all times to facilitate proper handwashing. At no time are items are to be stored in the handwash station basin. Container lid was removed at the time of inspection.

Observation: Bleach spray bottle was unlabelled at the time of inspection. Spray bottle is also broken and does not spray sanitizing solution.
Corrective Action(s): All chemicals must be properly labelled to prevent accidental mixing or misuse of chemicals. Once new spray bottle is purchased, ensure it is properly labelled at all times.

Comments

-Follow-up inspection to March 2, 2018.
-Upright cooler unit in the front customer area was at 3C.
-Hot holding of pho broth was greater than 60C. Burner flame was turned off. Do not turn off burner flame, hot potentially hazardous foods must be maintained at or above 60C at all times.
-Bleach sanitizing solution in the front service area was tested at 200ppm and container was properly labelled.
-Raw meats were properly stored below and separately from ready-to-eat foods.
