- Handwashing station equipped with hot/cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels
- Meat storage/ minimal processing is done on site.
- All temperatures meet health requirements:
* Walk- in cooler at 4C or below.
* Walk in freezer at -12C
* Meat processing room at 6C
- Temperatures logs are kept and maintained.
- Chlorine sanitizer solution available, concentration > 100ppm
- Adequate supply of bleach available
- General sanitation is maintained.

Notes:
- Processing/cutting room is regulated and air cooled according to thermostat
- Hot water tank replaced recently, hot water tank capacity has increased
