Routine Inspection Conducted

Observations:
- Stand up cooler #1 next to entrance to dining area measured at 3'C
- Stand up cooler #2 next to freezer at 4'C
- Stand up freezer next to cooler at -18'C
- No hot-holding or cooking done during time of inspection
- Temperature logs are available and verified up to date
- General sanitation of premises is good
- Hand washing stations supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel
- QUATS sanitizer in spray bottle measured at 200 ppm QUATS concentration with test strip
- High-temperature dishwasher measured at 74'C at plate surface (above minimum required sanitizing temperature of 71'C)
- 3-comp sink available on site
- Ventilation hood kept in good sanitary condition
- No signs of pests during time of inspection
- All food stored at least 6 inches off the floor and covered
- Raw meats are stored away from ready-to-eat products
- FOODSAFE Level 1 trained equivalent staff available on site
- Operating permit visible upon entry to premise
