- Kitchen handsink access was blocked by buckets of sauces.

- Ensure handsink is accessible at all times. Buckets were removed at the time of inspection.

Observation:
- Multiple dead & live cockroaches observed on sticky traps.
Corrective Action(s):
- Staff replaced the glue boards at the time of inspection. Sanitation needs to be improved. Ensure to have appropriate treatment done for cockroach control.

- All handles (coolers, freezer etc) are greasy to touch.
- Use of old cardboards observed to line shelves.
- Debris observed inside cabinets (at the front) and underneath coolers inside the kitchen.
- Portable fan observed with dust build up on the cover.
Corrective Action(s):
- Deep clean the facility. Decrease, clean, and sanitize all surfaces. Remove cardboard materials used as liners.

- All coolers at 4C or below.
- Freezer (domestic) at -14C.
- Hot held food items at 60C or above.
- Staff with foodsafe level 1 present.
- No extra storage space in the parkade.
