Comments

- Found soups to be stored in the cooler, only small amounts are taken out reheated then served. - Foods in cooler appeared to be covered and not double stacked at time of inspection - Back door has been repaired so it fits tightly - Tape has been removed from dry storage unit. - Pest control has been contacted, traps are on site, some droppings still noted however much reduced from last time. Continue to monitor for mice activity. - Cleaning under and behind equipment has been done, keep up on a regular basis. Slight cleaning inside coolers still required.
