Pre-packaged foods only, no processing or repackaging. Routine: > Walk-in cooler: -3.4C, back portion: 1C > Temperature logs are maintained, and recorded twice daily. > Facility is well organized, all items are stored on pallets above the floor. > Sanitation excellent. > No signs of pests at time of inspection.
