Corrective Action(s): At least 100ppm chlorine must be detected in spray bottle. Operator changed solution at time of visit and at least 100ppm chlorine is detected.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Both handwashing stations in ktichen preparation area is obstructed - one with a wheeled cart in front of sink, and the other sink used to cool chocolate/sauce.
Corrective Action(s): Handwashing stations must be clear of items and accessible at all times.

Observation: 1. Baking moulds are placed inside mopsink.
2. Boxes of products are observed storing on ground, and outside of back door.
3. Open bags of dry goods are stored on the floor in storage room.
Corrective Action(s): 1. DO NOT store anything in mop sink, or use mop sink for anything else but dumping out dirty water.
2. All products must be stored inside facility, and stored at least 6 inches above ground.
3. Transfer open bags of dry goods in food grade containers.

Observation: One live baby mouse observed going from 2-door freezer at the front to kitchen. Seal at front door is ripped, potentially causing mouse to come in. Back door is sealed, and no droppings observed in facility.
Corrective Action(s): Replace seal at the front door to prevent pests from entering.
