Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): No food contact surfaces sanitizer in the kitchen at the time of inspection. 100 ppm chlorine solution was prepared at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed vegetable dicer with dried food debris. Staff washed and sanitized the diced at this time.

Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Observed food handling at the bar area. Access to the hand washing station at the bar is obstructed, and liquid soap and paper towels were not available. The bar was being used as food storage area before. Immediately cease food handling at the bar. Hand washing station is to be fully equipped with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels before food handling can resume.

Observation: High temperature dishwasher is not operational. A technician is contacted. Estimated service completion: March 9, 2023.
Corrective Action(s): Until the dishwasher is serviced, the facility is directed to use 3-compartment sink method for manual dishwashing. Also, in order to limit the number of food contact surfaces to be washed/sanitized, dine in service is to use take out containers only.

General sanitation is adequate.
No sign of recent pest activity noted at this time.
All coolers measured at 4C or less.
Freezers at adequate temperature.
Hot holding food measured at 60C or higher.
Ice machine in sanitary condition.
Staff with valid FOODSAFE Level 1 was on site.
