Observation (CORRECTED DURING INSPECTION): Bucket of bleach sanitizer (front of house) measured 0ppm at start of inspection
**Corrected during inspection** Fresh sanitizer bucket made once operator was made aware. Measured 100ppm. Issue may be due to staff filling smaller bottle with bleach for dispensing into sanitizer bucket.

Please ensure all staff know to mix 1/2 tsp household unscented bleach to 1 L water.

2. Heavy build up of grease observed on range hood, baffles/filters, air vents.
Corrective Action(s): Clean and sanitize above identified areas. It is recommended to create a cleaning checklist and log to ensure all areas of the facility is regularly cleaned.
