Temperatures:
- Walk-in fridge internal probed temperature was 3.7C
- Under counter fridge internal ambient probed temperature was 3.2C
- Under counter freezer was below -18C, products solid to touch
- Prep line fridges were below 4C during inspection
- Stainless steel back storage freezer was below -18C
- Bar area fridges were below 4C during inspection
- Internal probed temperature of hot held soup was 69.8C
- High temperature glass dishwasher reached 71.8C on plate surface
- High temperature dishwasher reached 72.0C on plate surface
- Thermometers present in all fridges and freezers

General Sanitation and Maintenance:
- 2-compartment sink, plugs, and wall-mounted QUATS sanitizer available for manual dishwashing
- Sanitizer in spray bottles was available throughout facility (QUATS 200ppm)
- 2 ventilation hoods were maintained and in good order; however, service was due Aug. 8, 2023. As per operator, appointment has been booked.
- Food products were stored covered in food-grade containers / plastics, and 6-inches above the ground
- Ice machine was clean and sanitary
- Washrooms were clean and sanitary during inspection
- No evidence of pest activity during inspection
- General facility cleanliness and sanitation is adequate
- Perishable foods held at room temperature are tracked, as per operator

Administrative:
- Permit is conspicuously posted
- Temperature logs were available and maintained
- FoodSafe Level 1, or equivalent was available during inspection
- Pest control in place, as per operator visits occur every two months
