A follow up inspection was performed for the change in ownership initial inspection performed on May 30th. - Vents reported to be cleaned once a month which is not what was communicated and agreed upon during the initial inspection - All food inserts observed to have lids - Washroom door have handle installed - Fan guard observed to be maintained in a clean and sanitary manner - Raw proteins observed to be kept on bottom self - Premises has more seating outside bring the total to above 50 seats. Ensure to contact EHO to update the conditions on your permit.
