RE: Temporary Permit to operate has been issued for MCC sale on September 18th, 2021 The kitchen will be used for spring rolls food preparation. This food preparation will be done before the regular kitchen hours. All food contact surfaces will be cleaned after use. Follow up on the previous inspection: - daily temperature logs are available - cleaning schedule are also in place - wiping clothes stored in approved sanitizer
