- Follow up inspection is conducted and following is observed:
- All handsinks are supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towel. Garbage receptacle is available
- All coolers are less than 4C
- Walk-in freezer is less than -18C
- Dishwasher is working, chemical sanitizer is measured at 50ppm chlorine residual after the final cycle
- Quats sanitizer is available in spray bottle, concentration is measured at 200ppm quats
- Test strips are available
- Shelves for storage have been installed
- Drain plugs available at three compartment sink
- The drain pipes from condenser unit for cooler/ freezer are draining one compartment (wash compartment of the three compartment sinks)

NOTE: Prep cooler for pizza is ordered and will be installed within one month. Inspection will be conducted to check the prep cooler for pizza prep.
