Observation: The large downstairs storage area -the garage door is not flush with the ground there is about a 1-2 inch gap which is enough to permit the entry of rodents from the outside

No professional pest control and no pest monitoring devices observed there too
Corrective Action(s): Place a door sweep on the garage door so it is flush with the ground in the closed position.

At minimum operator is to place pest monitoring devices such as mechanical devices: live, snap, sticky traps for rodents/cockroach monitoring.

NOTE: if evidence of pests is observed in future inspections you will be required to hire a professional pest control company

Observation: Large downstairs storage area has foods stored there: sauces/spices (shelf stable). There are construction materials and old equipment as well.
Corrective Action(s): Keep ALL food storage completely away from other goods like the construction materials and old equipment such as one side of the room and the other. Keep the food storage off the ground either on the skids or shelves
