Staff using adjacent prep sink for hand washing and the dishwashing area for food prep. Corrective Action(s): All hand sinks must be have hot and cold running water. Repair immediately. Follow-up inspection *Dishwashing pit has a sewer gas odour. Operator states grease trap was serviced approx. 2 weeks ago. Recommend consulting plumber regarding odour. Increase cleaning frequency in this area. Ice machine has been cleaned. Continue cleaning hard to reach areas (behind and underneath equipment).
