Food Handler Hygiene
-Hand wash stations are fully supplied with hot and cold running water, liquid soap and paper towels in dispensers
-Operators had clean clothing for food preparation
-Staff/Public washroom appears clean and are fully supplied for hand hygiene

Food Safety
-Food in cold holding Coolers are below 4C
-Food in cold holding Freezers are below -18C
-No hot holding items or cooking.
-Specialized Food Processing: Facility has a secondary machine and secondary ice cream dipper well for separation of food for allergens. Machine and well were not running at the time of inspection.
-Approved Food Source - food ingredients are from approved sources; food grade coloring agents are dispensed from bottles
-Food is stored in covered containers; food storage is organized in coolers to prevent contamination

Maintenance and Sanitation
-3 Compartment Sink is fully supplied with 200ppm Quats for sanitizing (400ppm Quats measured)
-Sanitizer buckets - have 100ppm Quats measured - asked operators to refill with 400ppm Quats from dispenser. Ensure to run sanitizer enough before filling small bucket or fill up and sanitize cloth in larger sink prior to filling small bucket.
-Storage of chemicals is separate and away from food
-Condition of equipment and surfaces - food contact surfaces and equipment are in good repair and clean condition
-Pest control - there are no signs of pests at the time of inspection.

-Valid operating permit is posted in public view
-Staff is certified in food safety
